I use every bit of that knowledge to better serve my Salon Clients today. Cancellation Policy

Dear Valued Client, Thank You for considering me to do your hair! Please, If you feel you might have to cancel your appointment I encourage you to cancel or reschedule early to avoid a no-show fee. I Do Not charge a cancellation fee But… I DO charge a 100% “No-Show” Fee if you completely “NO SHOW” your appointment. If you "No-Show" for your scheduled appointment I will charge your Credit Card "100% of the entire scheduled appointment price" as a "Loss Fee" for your "No-Show". This is how I earn my living… When you “No Show”, it’s a total loss of income for me and my business. I Do Not charge a cancellation fee *** I DO Charge a No-Show Fee *** I value you and your business so please, if you can't make it to your appointment just let me know via text, e-mail or a phone call in advance so I can cancel you and open up that time for those on the cancellation list. As of September 1, 2025 I no longer except credit card payments for services. Your card will still be charged for the “NO-SHOW” of your appointment. I take Zelle, Venmo or cash for payment of services… Thank You, Peter G'
