Cancellation Policy
Dear Valued Client,
*** I Do NOT Charge a Cancellation Fee ***
You can cancel at the last minute, no problem.
*** I Do Charge a No-Show Fee for No-Shows ***
Not showing up for your appointment without canceling is considered a No-Show.
Starting June 12, 2017, a credit card will be required to book an appointment.
If you "No-Show" for your scheduled appointment I will charge your Credit Card "100% of the total scheduled appointment price" as a "Loss Fee" for your "No-Show".

*** PLEASE NOTE; if you No-Show on your scheduled appointment the "100% Loss Fee" will be charged to the Credit Card you used to book the appointment. If you don't have a Credit Card on file it will be posted to your account and that fee will be added to your next appointment charge at checkout***
I value you as a client and your business is very important to me so please, if you can't make it to your appointment just let me know via text, e-mail or a phone call so I can cancel you and open up that appointment for the next person on the cancellation list.
